Our returns policy only covers products that have been unopened. If 30 days have passed since your purchase (or the bottle has been opened) unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange (due to the nature of our ingredients
Any item that is damaged in transit or by the carrier will be investigated by us, and we will do our best to provide feedback as quickly as possible.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days or so.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
